Roles and Responsibilities


  • Taking Incoming calls of customers and capturing important details in the system.
  • Understand the customer's query and provide resolution.
  • Document accurately.
  • Doing Outbound calls to customers and attending to their queries and helping them take consultations with doctors.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Good verbal and written Communication Skills (Hindi, Basic English & No MTI Issue)
  • Good in customer dealing (Know about Customer Service, Online Shopping Portals)
  • Knowledge of Computer, Basic Typing
  • Good Interpersonal Skills (Positive attitude, Negotiation Skills)
  • Sales driven (Know basic selling skills on call)
  • Listening skills.
  • Awareness about digital payments platforms.
