Salary: 2.9 LPA


Role & Responsibilties:


* Responsible to address and resolve Customer and Commercial queries, request and

complaints.

* Providing amazing customer service by attending incoming calls from existing customers.

* Answering any questions they have or resolving issues with a positive attitude.

* Figure out best ways to ensure that customer are happy with the services.


Key skills required:


* Good English communication skills

* Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.

* Good interpersonal skills.

* Stong Customer centric service attitude.
