Job Description

We are seeking a creative and passionate Junior Fashion Designer to join our team. As a Junior Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Designer in creating and designing new fashion collections. Your role will involve researching trends, creating sketches, sourcing fabrics, and collaborating with the production team to ensure that designs are produced to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Conduct research on current fashion trends and identify new design opportunities
2. Create sketches and designs for new collections, and present these to the Senior Designer for review
3. Collaborate with the production team to ensure that designs are produced to the highest quality standards
4. Source fabrics and materials for new designs, and work with suppliers to negotiate pricing and delivery schedules
5. Attend fashion shows and events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with other designers

Age Limit: 20-40 years

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies::

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
2. Strong sketching and design skills
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
4. Knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and garment construction
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
