Role & responsibilities
1) Jointly Finalize RI plan
2) Receipt & Review of Inputs
3) Determine the audit scope and strategy based on the type of materials or services provided by the Supplier
4) Generating audit findings and its classifications
5) Discuss, Share & agree the audit findings to supplier & client with Observations/ NC's
6) Audit report preparation and submission to client
7) Review Supplier Corrective Action plan as per Observation & NC's
8) Compare the evidence obtained against the standards / regulations and procedures as applicable followed by Audit close-out
9) Audit metrics preparation for data analytics
